Mozart's final work, Requiem (Mass for the Dead), was left unfinished by Mozart's death and was supplemented by his disciple Franz Xaver Süthmeier. It is counted as one of the "three major requiems" along with the works of Verdy and Fauré.
Immediately before Mozart left for Prague at the end of August 1791, a stranger visited me and asked me to compose Requiem from an anonymous client, and I paid a part of the high reward in advance and went home. The mysterious thing is the motivation for Requiem's composition. After returning from Prague in mid-September, Mozart began composing Requiem, but he tended to get sick and couldn't get out of bed around November 20th, and his condition worsened in December 5th. Unfortunately, he passed away at the young age of 35 before dawn. In the 1984 Academy Award-winning movie "Amadeus", the client was a masked musician of the same era, Salieri, and Mozart misunderstood it as the ghost of his late father. When it was an invitation from the world of death, it was depicted that the mind and body gradually weakened.
