Glazunov was born in 1865 in St. Petersburg, Russia. I do. "Chant du Menestrel" is a 1900 work, the original piece was written for cello and symphony orchestra, and later the piano accompaniment part was written by the hand of the composer. It is an ethnic piece based on the songs of the Bard who sang various epics in ancient Russia from the tenth to the twelfth centuries. It is a short song that enjoys a change of tone in a bright and classic melody along the way with a sentimental mournful melody, but it can be said to be a very cohesive work.
* Notes arranged easily for those who are not good at fast fingering, such as 32nd notes and sextuplet 16th notes, are also displayed for your reference.
