If you cannot open the ZIP file downloaded by purchase

When the purchase is completed, we will send you an automatic email with the URL where you can download the Zip folder containing the score PDF and accompaniment MP3. The downloaded Zip file folder can be opened with the basic decompression software on your computer.
If you try to unzip the file, you will be advised to "register to use the trial version" or "order the regular version", and even if you cannot unzip the file, select Program → "Explorer" from the properties to ZIP. The file can be expanded. Also, if the real-time protection of the security software is enabled, the decompression of the Zip file may be blocked. Please temporarily stop real-time protection and try decompressing again.
If you cannot do it by either method, please contact us from "Inquiries" on this homepage, and if you can confirm the purchase history, we will send each file separately by e-mail. Please enter the name and product name at the time of purchase.
 

If you purchased but did not receive the download email

If the e-mail address registered at the time of purchase is the e-mail address of the mobile phone, it may be blocked by security and may not be delivered. (Especially seen in docomo mail and ez-web mail) Please set the mobile mail side so that you can receive the domain mail of @ lentoandvivace.com in advance, or you can register the purchase from the beginning on a PC such as free mail. We recommend that you register your email address.

Clicking the download URL does not open anything

Even if you click the download URL in the text of the email, the screen will not expand. As soon as you click it, the download will start to the device (computer, smartphone, PAD, etc.), but depending on the specifications and settings of your browser and device, you may be able to specify a folder before that and start downloading. Check the specifications of the device terminal to find out where the downloaded file is located.

How to print the score PDF downloaded to your smartphone at a convenience store.（In Japan）

We will briefly explain how to print the downloaded score PDF file on your iPhone or Android smartphone.
If you don't have a printer at home, you can print at a convenience store.
When printing at a convenience store, it is necessary to install an application that can provide printing services on your smartphone in advance.
The app is"Easy netprint" at 7-Eleven、"PrintSmash" at FamilyMart and LawsonIt will be.
 
If you purchase at Rent & Vivace, you will receive a download email later at the email address you entered at the time of purchase.MeIf you click the download URL in the file, a screen will appear asking where to download, and if you specify the download destination,Zip files of PDF files for sheet music and MP3 files for accompaniment will be downloaded.The number of downloads is limited to 3 times.

If you specify the downloaded Zip file and preview the contents, the score PDF file will be displayed as shown below.

Click ① at the bottom. Then the following screen will appear.

Launch the app and send "Print selected PDF" at the bottom of the previous image → The Wi-Fi network access permission screen will appear, so please connect. → The Wi-Fi connection completion screen will appear. → Send the file registered for printing. (A password will be issued on the store's multi-printer screen.) → The store'sEnter the 4-digit password issued on the multi-copy LCD screen on the smartphone screen and send it.
